Kurn mel ve tefsirleri bugne kadar pek ok yapld ve bunlar yapan deerli ahslar ve ahsiyetler kendi birikimlerine, kendi kriha ve mzalarna gre hepsi de birbirinden deerli fikirlerini ve dncelerini sylediler. Ama bu demek deildir ki, Kurn ve muhtevs hakknda sylenecekler sylenmi ve sz bitmitir. Hayr, bu dnce deil Kurn gibi mns ezel ve ebed olan ilh bir kitap iin, hatta bilim dnyasnn muhtevasn formllere balad kesinlik kazandn sandmz gnmz bilimleri iin dahi sylenemez. Beeriyet ve dnyamz yalandka, bilim yenileniyor, geliiyor ve konularnn srekli olarak yeniden anlamlandrlmas gerekiyor. te iinde her trden sosyal ve bilimsel konularn nkteleri ve ipular bulunan; ve her gnde, her asrda gnn insanna onun andaki bilim ve anlay ile hitap edip konuan ve hep dinamik bir kitap olan Kurn da zaman ve devirler deitike yeniden okumak ve yeniden anlamlandrp yorumlamak gerekiyor. Elbetteki baz anlamlandrma ve yorumlamalar belki de hep ayn kalacak ve ok az deiiklik gsterecektir. nk onun ana konusu olan insan ve insann mahiyeti hep ayndr. Zamanlara gre pek az deiiklik gsterir, hatta bazan hi deimeden hep ayn kalr. Ama insan ve onun yaad evresi olan evreni inceleyen bilimler, srekli gelitiklerinden hep yenilenirler. te o bilimlerdeki gelimeler karsnda Kurn gnn artlarna gre yeniden okuyup anlamak, onun evren ve bilimler hakkndaki aklama ve beyanlarn yeniden kefetmek gerekir ve bu gelimenin getirdii tabii bir gerekliliktir. Bu kstaslar gznnde bulundurularak, Kurn iin yeniden mel ve yorum yazmaya ne gerek var diye dnmemek, zihnen, fikren, rhen gelimi modern insanln bir ir olmaldr.

ON THE REVELATION OF THE HOLY QURAN TO HUMANITY BY ALLAH WITH HIS ATTRIBUTE OF RAHMAN ON DEMAND OF THE NAMES OF AZEEZ AND RAHEEM
 
So Many interpretations and meanings of Quran has been made so far, and those precious persons and figures who did these exhibited their valuable opinions and remarks according to their knowledge accumulation, faculty of reasoning and personal characteristics. On the one hand that does not mean that everything has been articulated about Quran and its content. On the other way around, such a view does not apply for a divine book like Quran, meaning of which is eternal and infinite, but is also invalid for modern sciences which are based on formulas that suggest us that they are certain truths. As the mankind and our world get older, sciences improve and their scope of work has to be re-defined over and over. Similarly, an always dynamic book like Quran which contains points and cues concerning every kind of social and scientific issues, and which can manifest and talk to the people regarding the science and understanding of the era has to be re-read and re-interpret and re-comment as the time and ages goes by. Some points; interpretations and explanations will go on to be the same and will show little differentiations since man and his entity who are the main subjects of it has been and go on to be the same. It exhibits little differentiations, also sometimes never changes depending on the time. But since the sciences which explore and observe the man and his environment, the cosmos, advances, they become renewed. On the basis of those advancements the Quran should be re-read and explained according to the conditions of the time, afterwards its explanations and declarations about sciences and cosmos have to be re-discovered. This is a natural fact that the progress brings forward. Considering those facts it must be an aspect of mentally, intellectually and spiritually underdeveloped modern humanity that regards any kinds of meaning of Quran and interpretation of it as unnecessary.
