ORTAOKUL RENCLERNN DUYGUSAL ZEKALARI VE YAAM DOYUMLARI LKS
 
Hayatta baar iin nemli olan kavramlar, deien zeka anlaynn kabuln hzlandrmaktadr. Bilisel IQsu ve akademik baars yksek kiilerin bir ounun yaamda baarl olmamalar, duygusal zeka kavramnn neminin ortaya kmasn salamtr. Bireylerin duygusal zeka balamnda yetkinlikleri daha sonra kazanabilmeleri, bu yetkinliklerin ayrca yaamdaki baary ve doyumu en st dzeye karmada baars, duygusal zekann nemini artrmaktadr. Bu almann amac, Adyaman Merkezde renim gren 650 ortaokul rencisinde duygusal zeka ile yaam doyumu arasndaki ilikiyi regresyon analizi ile belirlemektir. Korelasyon analizi sonular, duygusal zekann yaam doyumu ile pozitif anlaml ilikili olduunu gstermitir (p<0.05). Duygusal zeka puanndaki art, yaam memnuniyetini %71.4 orannda artrmaktadr. Regresyon analizi sonucunda, duygusal zekann yaam doyumu zerinde istatistiksel olarak anlaml pozitif etkiye sahip olduu grlmtr (β=0.721; p=0.000). Duygusal zeka alt boyutlar da yaam doyumunu istatistik anlaml pozitif ynde etkilemektedir. Alt boyutlar arasndaki en yksek etki sras ile; iyi olu hali (β=0.716; p=0.000), sosyallik (β=0.712; p=0.000), z kontrol (β=0.687; p=0.000) ve duygusallk (β=0.664; p=0.000) olarak belirlenmitir.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS' EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND LIFE SATISFACTION
 
Concepts that are important for success in life accelerate the acceptance of the changing understanding of intelligence. The fact that most of the people with high cognitive IQ and academic success are not successful in life has led to the emergence of the concept of "emotional intelligence". The ability of individuals to acquire competencies in the context of emotional intelligence later, and the success of these competencies in maximizing success and satisfaction in life increases the importance of emotional intelligence. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and life satisfaction in 650 secondary school students studying in Adyaman Center by regression analysis. Correlation analysis results showed that emotional intelligence was positively and significantly associated with life satisfaction (p<0.05). An increase in emotional intelligence score increases life satisfaction by 71.4%. As a result of the regression analysis, it was observed that emotional intelligence had a statistically significant positive effect on life satisfaction (β=0.721; p=0.000). Emotional intelligence sub-dimensions also affect life satisfaction in a statistically significant positive. With the highest order of influence among the sub-dimensions; well-being (β=0.716; p=0.000), sociability (β=0.712; p=0.000), self-control (β=0.687; p=0.000) and emotionality (β=0.664; p=0.000).
