SINIF RETMENLERNN GRLERNE GRE VELLERN OKUL YNETMNE VE SRECNE KATILIMI
 
ocuklarn domasyla birlikte tm hayatlar boyunca etkin bir role sahip olan aileler onlarn tm alarnda yannda olmakla mkelleftir. zellikle ocuklarn kritik a olarak adlandrlan alarda temel zihin yaplar aile iinde ekil almaktadr. Okullar genellikle belirli bir yaa kadar aile ierisinde ekillenen bireylerin eitim ve retime eylemlerinden sorumludur. Hatta bu konuyla alakal sadece bireyin deil ebeveynlerin ve toplumun da eitiminden sorumlu olduklar sylenebilir. Bireyler doumdan itibaren okul ana geldikleri sreye kadar her trl gereksinimi aile tarafndan karlanmaktadr. Bireylerin okula balamasyla birlikte bahsi geen sorumluluklar okul ve topluma pay edilir. Bu sebeple bireyin okula balamas genellikle ailenin dlanmas anlamna gelmemekte, ailenin, okulun ve retmenlerin ibirlii ierisinde ilerlemesi anlamna gelmektedir. Bu aratrmada, snf retmenlerinin grleri dorultusunda velilerin okul ynetimine ne dzeyde katldklarnn belirlenmesi planlanmaktadr. Aratrmada snf retmenlerinin grlerine gre velilerin okul ynetimine ve srecine katlm ortaya karmak amacyla bilimsel aratrma modellerinden tarama modeli kullanlmtr. Aratrmann alma grubunu 106 snf retmeni oluturmaktadr. Aratrmada verileri Ergin ve Kurum (2013) tarafndan gelitirilen okul ynetimine aile katlm lei kullanlmtr. Verilerin analizinde SPSS Bir analiz program kullanlmtr. Aratrma sonucunda, snf retmenlerinin, okul ynetimine aile katlm lei maddelerine vermi olduklar yantlar genel olarak deerlendirildiinde, retmenlerin Orta Dzey Katlm ve katlyorum yantlarn daha fazla kullandklar, bununla birlikte baz maddelere yksek oranda katlm saladklar tespit edilmitir. Dolaysyla snf retmenleri ailelerin okul ynetimi katlmasna ilikin grleri olumlu yndedir. retmenlerin okul ynetimine aile katlmna ilikin grlerinin cinsiyet, ya, kdem ve okutulan renci deikenlerine gre farkllk gstermemektedir.

PARTICIPATION OF PARENTS IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT AND PROCESS ACCORDING TO THE OPINIONS OF CLASS TEACHERS
 
Parents have the most effective role in their children's lives from their birth to the age of their child. The so- called critical ages of children are usually shaped within the family. Schools are responsible for the educational activities of individuals who are formed in a family up to a certain age. They should be responsible not only for individuals but also for the education of parents and society. The family, who is responsible for all kinds of needs of the individual from birth until school age, starts to share this responsibility with the school and the community when the individual starts school. For this reason, the individual's starting school does not require the exclusion of the family, but rather the cooperation of the family with the school administration and the teachers and the preparation of the individual with more confident steps. In this study, it is planned to determine the level of participation of parents in school management in line with the opinions of class teachers. In order to reveal the participation of parents in school management and process according to the opinions of the classroom teachers, the research model of the scientific research models was used. The study group consisted of 106 class teachers. In the study, 2013 scale of family participation in school administration which was developed by Ergin and Kurum (2013) was used. SPSS An analysis program was used to analyze the data. As a result of the research, when the responses of the class teachers to the school management to the family participation scale items were evaluated in general, it was found that the teachers used the undecided and agreeable answers more, and they also participated in some items. Therefore, the opinions of the primary school teachers about the participation of the school administration are positive. Teachers' views on family participation in school management do not differ according to gender, age, seniority and student variables.
