Bu aratrmada Darlaceze Bakanlnda hizmet veren salk alanlarnn ie angaje olma durumlarnn i performansna etkisi deerlendirilmitir. Bu aratrmann amac, rgtlerin insan kaynaklar ynetimi konusunda ve yneticilerin alan performansn arttrmaya ynelik almalarnda yardmc olabilmek ve bu konuda alma yapacaklar iin bir ngr salayabilmektir. Aratrmada basit tesadfi rnekleme yntemi kullanlmtr. Demografik form, ie angaje olma lei ve i performans leinden oluan anket 142 kiiye uygulanarak aratrma verileri elde edilmitir. Aratrmada elde edilen bulgular deerlendirilirken, istatistiksel analizler iin SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 16.0 program kullanlmtr. Niceliksel veriler arasndaki ilikinin incelenmesi iin Pearson Korelasyon Analizi kullanlmtr. likisi olan deikenlerin etki oranlarn grebilmek iin Basit Dorusal Regresyon Analizi kullanlmtr. Sonular %95lik gven aralnda, anlamllk p<0.05 dzeyinde deerlendirilmitir. Aratrma sonularna gre, Darlaceze Bakanlnda alan salk alanlarnn ie angaje olma durumu ve alt boyutlar ile grev performans, balamsal performans ve i performans arasnda pozitif ynde orta iddette bir iliki olduu grlmtr.

THE EFFECT OF WORK ENGAGED IN HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS ON WORK PERFORMANCE: EXAMPLE OF THE PRESIDENCY OF DARULACEZE
 
This study was carried out under the Presidency of Darulaceze in order to evaluate the effect of healthcare workers work engagement on their job (work) performance. The aim of the research is to assist organizations in their practices to increase job performances within the scope of human resources management and to provide foresight for those who will work in this field. In study simple random sampling is used, the research data obtained by applying demographic questionnaire, work engagement and job performance scale to 142 healthcare workers. For the statistical analysis SPSS (Statistical package for Social Science) for windows 16.0 is used. Pearson Correlation Analysis is used to examine the relation between quantitative data and the effect ratios of variables determined by Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results evaluated 95% confidence interval and the significance level of p<0.05. Based on the findings, its observed that: There is a moderate and positive relation between the work engagement and the sub-dimension of task, contextual and job performance.
