Literatr aratrmalar incelendiinde rgtsel ball etkileyen farkl pek ok deiken olduu grlmtr. Bu almann temel amac, bireysel kltrel deerlerin rgtsel ballk zerine etkisini tespit etmektir. Ayrca baz sosyo- demografik balklar erevesinde (lokasyon, eitim durumu, kdem, daha nce allan irket says) bireysel kltr alt boyutlar ve rgte ballk alt boyutlar arasnda anlaml farkllk olup olmad incelenecektir. Bu ama dorultusunda uluslararas literatrde kabul grm bireysel kltrel deerler ve rgtsel ballk lekleri seilerek, Microsoft online anket araclyla hizmet sektrnde yangn mhendislii alannda seilen ok uluslu bir irketin tamamn kapsayan anaktle etrafnda, drt farkl lke dahilinde veriler toplanmtr. Aratrma sonularna gre Bireysel Kltrel Deerler deikenin rgtsel Ballk zerinde negatif ynde anlaml ilikiye sahip olduu bu alma sonularndan tespit edilmitir. Buna ilaveten; lokasyon, eitim durumu, iyeri says hakknda boyutlar bakmndan inceleme yapldnda baz anlaml farkllklar elde edilmesine ramen kdem sresi asndan hibir anlaml bir farkllk elde edilememitir.

THE EFFECT OF INDIVIDUAL CULTURAL VALUES ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT: A FIELD RESEARCH ON SELECTED COUNTRIES
 
As a result of global competition brought about by globalization in the post-1980 period, with the widespread use of management approaches based on human, the results of organizational commitment for both the employee and the organization were considered to be extremely important, and it has been discussed and researched in many studies. When the literature studies are examined, it is seen that there are many different variables that affect organizational commitment. The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of individual cultural values on organizational commitment. In addition, it will be examined whether there is a significant difference between individual culture sub-dimensions and organizational commitment sub-dimensions within the framework of some socio-demographic titles (location, educational status, seniority, number of companies worked previously). For this purpose, by selecting the individual cultural values and organizational commitment scales accepted in the international literature, data were collected in four different countries around the entire population of a multinational company selected in the field of fire engineering in the service sector through the Microsoft online survey. According to the results of the research, it was determined from the results of this study that the Individual Cultural Values variable has a significant negative relationship on Organizational Commitment. In addition; Although some significant differences were obtained in terms of dimensions about location, education level and number of workplaces, no significant difference was found in terms of seniority.
