Gnmzde salk hizmeti veren kurumlar birok farkl meslek ve statdeki bireyin alt karmak yapdaki organizasyonlardr. Bu kurumlarda sunulan hizmetin dorudan insan hayat ile ilikili olmas, bu karmak organizasyonlarn ynetimini ve alanlarnn rgte olan gven ve balln daha da nemli klmaktadr. Gven kavram gnlk hayatta olduu gibi kurumsal alanda da byk nem tayan bir kavram eklinde bilinmektedir. Kurumlarda baarl ve verimli bir almann temel anahtar; alanlarn arasndaki yksek seviyede gvene, sevgi, sayg ve hogrye baldr. Gven ortam alanlarn i motivasyonunu ve i performanslarn, astlarn yneticilerine ve rgtlerine gvenini, yneticilerin de etkinliini ve performansn arttrmaktadr. rgtsel Ballk; rgte duyulan sadakat, zveride bulunma, kendini adama ve katlma, bir alann rgtn misyonuna kar sahip olduu sorumluluk duygusu gibi kavram ve tanmlar ile ifade edilmektedir. Kurumlarda rgtsel balln yksek olmas etkinlii, verimlilii ve sreklilii beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu almann amac, 125 yldr Okmeydannda yer alan kampsnde salk ve bakm hizmeti sunmakta olan Darlaceze Bakanlnda alan salk personellerinin, rgtsel gven alglarnn rgtsel balla etkisini aratrmaktr. almann rneklemi Darlaceze Bakanlnda alan doktor, hemire, teknik personel, sosyal hizmet grevlileri ve hasta bakclardan 147 salk alanndan olumaktadr. Bulgular dorultusunda, rgtsel gven algs 1 br. arttnda rgtsel ballk algs 0.358 br. art gsterecektir. rgtsel gvenin alt boyutlarndan yneticiye, kuruma ve i arkadalarna gvenin, rgtsel ballk ve alt boyutlar zerinde pozitif ynl anlaml ilikili olduu belirlenmitir.

THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST PERCEPTIONS ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT IN HEALTH WORKERS
 
Nowadays, healthcare institutions are complex organizations in which individuals from many different professions and statuses work. The fact that the service provided in these institutions is directly related to human life makes the management of these complex organizations and the trust and commitment of their employees to the organization even more important. The concept of trust is known as a concept that is of great importance in the corporate field as well as in daily life. The key to successful and productive work in institutions depends on a high level of trust, love, respect and tolerance among employees. The atmosphere of trust increases the employees 'job motivation and job performance, subordinates' trust in their managers and organizations and the efficiency and performance of managers. Organizational Commitment is defined with concepts such as loyalty to the organization, self-sacrifice, commitment and participation. The high level of organizational commitment in institutions brings along efficiency, productivity and continuity. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational trust perceptions on organizational commitment of healthcare personnel working in Darlaceze Presidency, which has been providing health and care services in its campus located in Okmeydan for 125 years. The sample of the study consists of 147 healthcare workers from doctors, nurses, technical staff, social workers and caregivers working in the Darlaceze Presidency. In line with the findings, organizational trust perception 1 unit when the perception of organizational commitment increases 0.358 unit will increase. It has been determined that the sub-dimensions of organizational trust, trust in the manager, the institution and colleagues has a positive and significant relationship on organizational commitment and its sub-dimensions.
