SINIF RETMENLERNN MOTVASYON DZEYLERNN NCELENMES
 
Bu almann amac eitim alannda grev yapan snf retmenlerinin motivasyon dzeylerinin incelenmesi ve eitli deikenlere gre farkllap farkllamadn incelemektir. Yaplan almada betimsel tarama modeli kullanlmtr. Aratrmann evrenini stanbul ili Beylikdz, Esenyurt ve Avclar ilelerinde resmi ilkokullarda grev yapan ilkokul retmenleri oluturmaktadr. Aratrmann rneklemini ise stanbul ili Beylikdz, Esenyurt ve Avclar ilelerinde resmi ilkokullarda grev yapan 250 snf retmeni oluturmaktadr. Aratrmada veri toplama arac olarak Kiisel Bilgiler Formu ve lkokul retmenleri Motivasyon lei kullanlmtr. lkokul retmenleri Motivasyon lei, meslee ynelik olumlu tutum, takdir edilme ve mutluluk, meslekten kanma, meslei zmseme eklinde drt alt boyutlu bir lektir. Bu almadaki veriler SPSS 24 paket programnda analiz edilmitir. Demografik veriler iin betimsel istatistik yntemlerinden yzde ve frekans kullanlmtr. Ayrca veriler T Testi ve ANOVA ile analiz edilmitir. Veri analizi sonucunda snf retmenlerinin motivasyon dzeylerinin yksek dzeyde olduu grlmtr. lkokul retmenlerinin motivasyon dzeyleri ya, mesleki kdem, hizmet ii eitim alma, kitap okuma deikenine gre motivasyon leinin alt boyutlar olan meslee ynelik olumlu tutum, takdir edilme ve mutluluk, meslekten kanma, meslei zmseme alt boyutlarnda anlaml farkllklar gstermektedir. lkokul retmenlerinin motivasyon dzeyleri cinsiyet, medeni durum, eitim durumu, bulunduu okuldaki grev sresi, okuttuu snf dzeyi, sosyoekonomik durum deikenine gre motivasyon leinin alt boyutlar olan meslee ynelik olumlu tutum, takdir edilme ve mutluluk, meslekten kanma, meslei zmseme alt boyutlarnda anlaml bir farkllk gstermemektedir.

INVESTIGATION OF MOTIVATION LEVELS OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
 
The aim of this study is to investigate the motivation levels of the primary school teachers working in the field of education and to examine whether they differ according to various variables. Descriptive screening model was used in this study. The universe of the study consists of primary school teachers who work in official primary schools in Beylikdz, Esenyurt and Avclar districts of stanbul. The sample of the study consisted of 250 primary school teachers working in official primary schools in Beylikdz, Esenyurt and Avclar districts of stanbul. Personal Information Form and Primary School Teachers Motivation Scale were used as data collection tools. Primary School Teachers Motivation Scale is a four-dimensional scale which is positive attitude towards profession, appreciation and happiness, occupation avoidance and assimilation. The data in this study were analyzed in SPSS 24 package program. Percentage and frequency of descriptive statistics were used for demographic data. Data were also analyzed by T-Test and ANOVA. As a result of the data analysis, it was found that the motivation levels of the class teachers were high. The motivation levels of the primary school teachers show significant differences in the sub-dimensions of motivation, appreciation and happiness, occupation avoidance and occupation assimilation. The motivation levels of the primary school teachers dont show significant difference in sub-dimensions of gender, marital status, educational status, the duration of their service at the school, the level of the instructed class, the socioeconomic status variable .
