COVÝD-19’UN TURÝZM ÜZERÝNDE ETKÝSÝ
 
Dünya Saðlýk Örgütü'nün Covid-19 salgýný ilan etmesinin ardýndan dünya genelinde vaka ve ölüm sayýlarý hýzla artmaya baþladý. Kýsýtlayýcý kararlarýn (sokaða çýkma yasaðý, seyahat kýsýtlamasý, sosyal mesafe, izolasyon) ve kiþisel koruyucu ekipmanlarýn (maske, dezenfektan) devreye girmesiyle vaka sayýsý azalmaya baþladý, kýsýtlamalar hafifletildi ve normale dönüþ süreci baþladý. Bu, algýlanan aþýrý risk ve korkudan kaynaklanmaktadýr. Algýlanan yüksek risk ve korku, ziyaretçi tutum ve davranýþlarýný deðiþtirebilir. Bu doðrultuda çalýþma, Türk turistlerin Covid-19 sonrasý tutumlarýný araþtýrmayý amaçlamaktadýr. Nitel projede planlanan çalýþmalarda veri toplama tekniði olarak görüþmeler tercih edilmiþ ve kýsmen yapýlandýrýlmýþ görüþme formu kullanýlarak 10 katýlýmcýdan veri toplanmýþtýr. Yapýlan inceleme sonucunda seyahat tüketicilerinin Covid-19 sonrasý tutumunun deðiþtiði belirlenmiþtir. Bulgularýn turizm profesyonellerine, tatil köyü yöneticilerine ve bilim adamlarýna bu alanda yardýmcý olacaðýna inanýlýyor. Seyahat sektörü koronavirüs salgýnýndan muzdarip. Sektörün en mühim aktörlerinden biri olan turist rehberleri de bu dönemde olumsuz deneyimler yaþadý (Güd ve Demirbulat, 2012: 59). Bu baðlamda çalýþmanýn amacý, pandemi sürecinin kýlavuzlar üstündeki etkisini belirlemeye çalýþmaktý. Çalýþma, Ankara Turist Rehberleri Odasý'na baðlý 16 aktif seyahat rehberi ile yarý yapýlandýrýlmýþ çevrimiçi ve telefon görüþmeleri gerçekleþtirdi. Toplantýlardan elde edilen veriler, tanýmlayýcý bir analiz tekniði kullanýlarak analiz edildi ve ekonomik, güven ve gelecek planlamasý olarak gruplandýrýldý. Araþtýrma, rehberlerin bu süreçte ciddi ekonomik zorluklarla karþýlaþtýklarýný ve kendilerine saðlanan mali destekten çok az seviyelerde yararlanabileceklerini gösteriyor. Güven hususunda rehberler, çalýþma þartlarýnda gereken bütün tedbirleri almalarýna karþýn yine de kendilerini güvensiz hissettiklerini tespit etti. Geleceði planlarken birçok gezi rehberinin özellikle akademik kariyerde meslek dýþýnda alternatif seçeneklere yöneldiði gözlemlendi.
