KISA MESAFE YZME ANTRENMANLARININ SRAT KOUSU ZERNE ETKS
 
Bu alma, ksa mesafe yzme antrenmanlarnn 12-14 ya aras erkek yzclerde 50 metre serbest stil yzme ve 30 metre srat kou derecelerine etkilerini incelemeyi amalamaktadr. zel Bir Spor Kulb'ne giden deney ekibinde 10, kontrol ekibinde 10 olmak zere alma grubu N=20 erkek sporcudan olumaktadr. Fotosel ve touchpad bir veri toplama arac olarak kullanlmtr. n test sonular olarak 30 metrelik srat kousu ve 50 metrelik serbest teknik yzme testi almtr. Antrenmandan nce iki grubun boy ve kilosu llmtr. Deney grubu 8 hafta boyunca haftann 3 gn gn ar ortalama 60-90 dakika yzme sprint antrenman yaparken, kontrol grubu kendi yzme kulplerindeki rutin yzme antrenmann yapmtr. 8 haftalk antrenman programndan sonra 50 metre serbest stil yzme ve 30 metre srat kousu testi tekrar uygulanmtr. Elde edilen verileri Microsoft Excel programna ykledikten sonra ortalama, standart sapma, minimum ve maksimum puanlar hesaplamak iin SPSS 18.0 programna aktarlmtr. Son olarak deney grubu ve kontrol grubunun puanlar Mann Whitney U testi ile, ncesi ve sonras puanlar ise Wilcoxon Signed Ranks testi ile karlatrlmtr. Analizde p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmitir. Aratrma sonrasnda deney grubu sporcular 50m serbest stil sresini ilk test 54.294.24 saniye, son test 51.643.79 saniye olarak yapm ve ilk 50m serbest stil dereceleri ile son 50m serbest stil dereceleri arasndaki fark manal ekilde grnmektedir (p<0.05). Deney ekibindeki sporcular 30 metre sprint kou ilk testini 5,660,06 saniye, son testi 5,670,07 saniye olmutur. lk ve son 30 metre srat kou testler arasnda manal bir farkllk yoktur (p) >0.05).

EFFECT OF SHORT DISTANCE SWIMMING TRAININGS ON SPEED RUNNING
 
This study aims to examine the effects of short distance swimming training on 50 meters freestyle swimming and 30 meters sprint in male swimmers aged 12-14 years. The study group consisted of N=20 boys, 10 in the experimental group and 10 in the control group, who went to a Special Sports Club. The stopwatch was used as a data collection tool. He took the 30-meter run and the 50-meter free technical sprint as the pre-test results. Before the training, the height and weight of the two groups were measured. While the experimental group performed an average of 90 minutes of swimming sprint training every other day, 3 days a week for 8 weeks, the control group only did basic swimming training. After the 8-week training program, the test was applied again. After uploading the obtained data to Microsoft Excel program, it was transferred to SPSS 18.0 program to calculate mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum scores. Finally, the scores of the experimental group and the control group were compared with the Mann Whitney U test, and the before and after scores were compared with the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test. It was accepted as p<0.05 in the analysis.After the research, the experimental group athletes made the 50m freestyle time for the first time as 54.294.24 seconds, and the posttest 51.643.79 seconds, and the difference between the first 50m freestyle degrees and the last 50m freestyle degrees was found to be significant (p<0.05). Athletes in the experimental group tested the 30-meter sprint run for the first time. The duration was 5.660.06 seconds, the second was 5.670.07 seconds. There was no significant difference between the first and last 30 meter sprint performances (p) >0.05).According to the data obtained in this study, while short distance swimming training has an effect on 50 meters freestyle, it has no effect on 30 meters sprint.
